my website was hacked

was looking at some files on my website and opened up index.html in one of the folders and was presented with the following

my site has literally nothing on it aside from a few family pictures. besides contacting my web host..

but if you installed an old cms/script/etc they could have gotten through to your stuff that way.

I had one index.html that was pretty much stock and some pictures in the images folder. I used it mainly for file hosting for myself..so I dont think I used any old scripts, etc.
