My video seems to be running half speed

My video card seems to be hurt. When I first got the card, my 3d mark score was around 6000. Now the thing won't even get 3000. Is it a bad card? Do I have something screwed up? What do you think?

How do I recover from that exactly? I have a leadtek card and it only comes with reference drivers.
