My video card has suddenly turned to crap. HELP!

i recently reformatted my c drive and after reinstalling all the drivers everything seems to be working fine except my video card. Before when i would benchmark it with 3dmark2001 i would average about 100fps on low quality now i am averaging about 8fps. I tried checking all the hardware making sure it was all installed. Checked the properties to make sure everything was set. NOthing has worked so far i was wondering if anyone might know what is wrong with it. The card is an ATI all in wonder radeon 8500dv.

Asus mobo (nforce chipset)
Amd 1800xp
512 kingston pc2700 ram

Please help anyone. I am starting to go through Soldier of Fortune withdrawals.
 
Still lost folks does anybody know what it might be. Plus all the mobo drivers are installed plus i have teh latest version of directx
