My version of Prassi abCD doesn't work with Win2k Pro

Am I just sh!t out of luck? Just screwed my C: drive up and lost Windows 98SE so I took the opportunity to install Win2k Pro. But the Prassi abCD 1.3 that came with my CD-RW doesn't do Win2k. Where can I get a packet writer for win2k pro? It doesn't appear to have the ability native.
