I don't have insurance.. that's why I'm asking on this forum 🙁

I just drank a lot of water.. im cold as hell now and shivering. We'll see what happens.

I haven't pooped nd my saliva is fine. No new medications.

The lymphatic system over saturated with toxins, and your liver and kidneys are trying hard to flush it out.

You need to increase your intake of water, and do some kind of aerobic excercise get your lymphatic sytsem moving (swimming is good). I would also suggest buying Red Clover and taking that for a few weeks as it helps with toxin buildup in the liver.

Does this make sense:

I went to the gym, I worked out too much and im burning off too many proteins and that is why my urine is that color.

Go to the doctor/student health center. Haven't I told you to do that for something else recently? You could have injured yourself working out and the brown/orange could be blood cells. Get it checked out.

What does your mom say? I bet she'd drive your ass into the doctor's office/clinic if she knew you were pissing orange.

I haven't had anything different to eat and I'm not on any medications.

All i've done is hit the gym and i'm sore.

Im drinking as much water now as possible and having jello (which is water).

Well that's why! Your lymphatic system is responsible for moving toxins out of your body, but it's circulatory system relies on skeletal muscle movement. Your muscles themselves also store toxins which is why a masseuse tells you to drink lots of water right after.

Just continue drinking more water, and followup with some more excercise later. All that crap was in your muscles. 😛

edit: In other words, you're fine. The same thing happens to me if I've been sedintary for a long time, then do a workout. Last time I went swimming, I did laps for about an hour, and then peed dark brown for a day. It's normal. Just means you (and I) should work out more often.

You should go to the doctors immediately and have a piss test.
They can identify what is in your urine that is causing it to turn dark.
blood, protein, sugars, etc.

you could have a bladder infection (drink cranberry juice and other acidic things to help plus lots of water) or more severly you could have more severe kidney problems.
Kidney Stones - doubtful since you dont have pain... but
initial stages of acute kidney failure
bergers disease (IGA nephropathy)
diabetis
certain poisons including heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium)

Get this diagnosed before you have to spend a lifetime on dialisys.

edit,
If you are experiencing chills and weak or upset stomach, this is almost guaranteed to be kidney problems... Get to the doctors now.

<==== Previously had bergers disease.

I think that's a pretty serious sign of kidney problems...

Can be, anyway. If you aren't eating any foods that are causing it, I'd get checked out.

or a kidney injury... my friend once got hit in the kidney with his surfboard. He was peeing red/blood urine for a few days or so he says.
