My uncle has a Linksys Wireless 802.11 (idk if its G or B) router and theres a problem....

Is there a signal booster or something I can buy to make the signal travel farther?

Also....are the little wireless recievers that connect to the computers through USB worse than the PCI cards that plug directly into the PC?


I am going there tomorrow and I want to know what I am going to need to fix it

Their are signal boosters - you put it a certain distance from the router and it relays the signal for greater length.
