Bacon wrapped bacon!

but not just any bacon. Nope.

I'm talking alternator sized bacon which is then wrapped in bacon and the deep fried in bacon fat.

would you eat it?

I should patent this.

It is highly unlikely that you could patent bacon wrapped bacon, as: a) it is not novel; and b) is not unobvious. I'm sure Emeril has tried what you are suggesting at least once.

OK, how about this for an ATOT recipe:

One alternator size chunk of bulk beef, wrapped in bacon, and then deep fried in a beer batter. Served with deep fried cheese, also wrapped in bacon.

You're comparing my masterpiece to some weird Canadian version of cheese fries? I feel offended!

Cracklin is from the south. So if you replace the potatos with deep fried pork...
