And i want you to tell me if you know how the payment is woking......and note that you dont need to bother about the shipmet i will handle that my self.
THANKS SMITH.

Me:
Hello Smith,
It is great that you want to purchase the laptop, your daughter will be very pleased! There is a slight problem with how you want the transaction to be finalized. First, I am wheelchair bound and can only move the pinky finger on my right hand, so that is why I was hoping you could come see this wonderful laptop for yourself. Second, there are no places local that accept United State Poster Service money orders. I don't understand why, it is the same as cash, as I have used them on many occasions.

Also, one more small issue, I just found on the laptop where it has the upgraded flux capacitor, I don't know how I missed it before, but with this feature, I must ask another $500 which would make the total $1000. This laptop is worth $2000 with this feature and your daughter would thank you forever.

let me know, I am anxiously awaiting
Chuck

UPDATE 1 5/6 9PM

Scammer
HELLO THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY, AND I WANNA TELL YOU THE REASON WHY I CHOOSE THIS MODE OF PAYMENT IS TO LET IT BE SECURED AND SAFE.
AND MOREOVER I WANNA ASK HAVE EVER HEARD OF THIS PAYMENT CALL (USPS)?IF YOU HAVE NOT I WILL LIKE TO ENLIGHTEN YOU MORE ABOUT IT,I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT THIS FORM OF PAYMENT IS ONE OF THE BEST PAYMENT I KNOW IN THE STATE RIGHT NOW AND THATS WHY I CHOOSE TO USE IT TO GET THIS ITEM AND THE REASON WHY I DID SO IS THAT THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY IS HUGE.
SO ONCE YOU HAVE AGREED TO ACCEPT THIS PAYMENT YOU'LL SEND ME YOUR ADDRESS AND I WILL FORWARD IT TO (USPS)TO PROCEED THE PAYMENT AND THEY WILL SEND YOU PAYMENT CONFIRMATION THAT MR.SMITH CASH.HAS MADE PAYMENT OF $1000 TO YOU AND THEY WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU, THAT YOU WILL GET YOUR CASH IMMEDIATELY AFTER I HAVE ARRNGED FOR THE PICK UP OF THIS YOUR ITEMS,
AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE PICKED UP HAS BEING MADE THEY WILL BRING THE MONEY TO YOUR RECIDENCE,REASON IS THAT I WOULD HAVE TO NOTIFY THEM THAT THE PICKED UP HAS BEING DONE.
I THINK YOU ARE GONNA UNDERSTAND WHAT IM TRYING TO ELABORATE NOW,SO ALL YOU NEED TO DO TO MAKE THIS TRANSACTION BE FAST IS TO PROVIDE ME YOUR CONTACT ADDRESS OR OFFICE ADDRESS SO THE PAYMENT CAN BE DONE.
KINDLY GET BACK TO ME.
SMITH CASH.

Me
Smith,
As I told you before I am very familiar with USPS money order. I cannot accept USPS money order because I cannot sign it since I am in a wheelchair and can only move my pinky finger.
I want to be more personal with you since I consider you my friend. My name is Jack Mehoff, so please call me Jack in the future.
I must be honest with you Smith, I have received another offer for the laptop for $2472 because this model is a very rare laptop. This computer is the "Celeron" model and is the exact same type computer that is used in the space shuttle. This computer always sells for $8000 or higher in the United State because it is so rare. So, since you are my friend, I will sell this to you for $2500.
I hope you find this to be acceptable, because you are my friend and I trust you since you are so honest about how safe your payment is. Please let me know if you would like to buy this, I have it in a box ready to ship with your name on it.
Thank you,
Jack

so how does the scam work?
You give him your address, and then you'll get like some confirmation that he paid?
Then you send the stuff, and only then do you get the money?? right?

No, he will get a fraudulent money order, ship the notebook, deposit the money order, several days or weeks later the bank will find out it's fraudulent and pull the money back out of his account. Classic scam.

You should have asked him to send you $20 in cash for some address confirmation fee or something. Wasn't there some dude that got a nigerian scammer to send him money?

I remember reading that too. Quite amusing. Don't recall the outcome except that he did manage to scam money out of the scammer.
