And it's driving me mad! Argh, I can't concentrate, I can't focus, all I can do is feel my damn right tricep twitching and it driving me MAD! Is there anything I can do to stop it?

1. get drunk
2. get sedated
3. possibly get laid and pass out..

i remember when i took claritin a few years back - the first trial - and it gave me heart murmurs and a twitching bicep the whole night. right during finals in college ;P

maybe once every month/every two months, my eyelid will twitch and it'll bother me, but it only does it for a minute or two.

My muscles do that a lot. Usually it's my tricep or quadricep. I usually just ride it out, but it never lasts more than an hour.

This is the serious answer:

- Get down to a health food store
- Buy a pack of Calcium and Magnesium tablets
- Take them
- Boomshanka, problem solved

It's a mineral deficiency, not a serious one, most ppl get it from time to time, especially in the eyelids BMACD.

Your triceps makes your forearm move downward...

Time for some kitten-killing action!

Reminds me of this girl I graduated with. She had a GREAT rack, wasn't bad looking, but had this eye twitch the would make a grandma turn away.

Shoulda thrown it in her anyway ;)

I have felt that before, but usually when I'm trying to get off booze, a drug, or a chick. Nicotine does this same thing, but it's much more intense, making it really hard to quit smoking. :(
