1) Here in Saskatoon we had a spring blizzard. No biggie. It's snow that we have 8 months out of the year. Granted 3 days ago there was none to be seen. What pisses me if is that people here drive like retards when it snows. Yesterday I was turning onto the freeway and was behind a jeep. The guy was doing 40km/h!! the limit is 90km/h. I understand the need to be cautious when the roads suck, but it's bloody ridiculous. You're more of a hazard on the freeway then the snow.
2) War coverage. OMFG, are we that naive today, because of no real exposure to war that we forget that people actually die during wars? All I hear or read is " 2 soldiers died today or 1 soldier dead after attack" Yes death is horrible, but what about WW1 or WW2 when MILLIONS died? The news makes it sound like a few people dying is a big shocker. It's a WAR.
3) My government sucks. I realize that we are a soverign nation and that it is our right to have our own thoughts and opinions. Fine, we don't think the war is the right way to do things...but..the US, our Allies, have decided to go to war to get rid of Saddam. At this point we can say we don't agree with it, but we support you. You have our backing. Have they done that? Nope. All they are doing is chomping at the bit to help rebuild Iraq after the war. Not to mention our politicians acting like snot nosed kids by calling Bush, et al names.
4) Peon employees, who share the exact same position as you, that feel they are the lead driver and try to throw their weight around. Especially when it's a frickin 7 dollar an hour job. yeesh. Get a life. Get a real job.
5) Ignorant bloody Canadians that boo, swear at and harass American kids that are in Canada for a hockey tournament. Pathetic. Makes me ashamed to be Canadian and hide the flag that is on my right calf.
