One of my molars has been hurting off and on mildy about a week. I just touched it, and I noticed it is a little loose. Could a cavity cause it to loosen up? I've never had a cavitity, but the molar is just really worn down with a pretty deep hole in the center. It also looks like some hole is on another part. What should I do?

Also, I was suppose to get my wisdom teeth pulled but I never did. This molar isn't next to my incoming wisdom tooth though. How do you replace a molar?

Just take a couple of aspirin, the pain should go away. Make a dentist appointment.

You actually asked what you should do?

It should be obvious. Dentist. Sheesh.
