My Taskbar got Neutered

I lost the top part of it, anyone know how to get it back?

right click on your taskbar....maybe it was unlocked before and you accidentally locked it.

ctrl-alt-del worked for me, do it twice for the best effect!

oops i figured it out, just doubleclicked in the blank part and everything came back. if u wanna see it neutered just bring it up and double click in the white space to the right of all the tabs (apps, processes etc.)
