My TA's a dumbass

Typical class goes something like this:

Student: *poses some statistical question* So is this true?
TA: Um..did you see it in the book?
Student: My professor from last quarter told this to me
TA: Yeah so um, it must be true.
Student: But I was doing a hw problem and it said it wasn't.
TA: Oh, well then it must not be true. I don't know, moving on..
