I would opt for a different video card myself. It sounds like you got a fairly hefty system going on there, I would personally go with either a 64meg Radeon or a cheap GeForce3 (Radeon preferred, GF3 still expensive)

Other than that it looks good to me.... pop a nice cooling system on that sucker and overclock the beast!

Cooling system...I don't know much about it... any suggestions...what parameter i should look in for selecting the cooler ..say for system i configures...
 
I don't see a case on your list and I see you asking about cooling🙂 I've got the Antec SX1030 and it comes with (2) 80mm case fans and has slots for 2 more. Great case and plenty of cooling.
