ok..i think i found the problem...
The driver fglrx for the display device \Device\Video0 got stuck in an infinite loop. This usually indicates a problem with the device itself or with the device driver programming the hardware incorrectly. Please check with your hardware device vendor for any driver updates.

i found that error under systems.....
damn it..i tried installing other drivers but the error still exist....dont know wat else i can do...i wana sell this card and get a new one already...sigh...its the fire gl 8800...damn it

they just posted a new driver on Novemeber 27th....it seems to be stable now...no crash yet...but its weird...because it sometime crashes and it sometime doesn't...dont know..just have to wait and see...

btw...i have questions about the voltage....
voltage monitor from the asus software shows the following:

12.038 / +12V
4.9999 / +5V
3.344 / +3.3V
1.792 / Vcore
1.792

the only thing i'm worrying about is the fact that all the numbers on the left are in yellow..meaning it is in warning stage..i'm not sure what to do from here...can anyone help?...is there sumthing i'm suppose to be worryin about??...thanks...

voltages are fine
that is not the cause of the problem

...try running prime95 or 3dmark 2001 for a while and monitor the voltages....see if they dip down REALLY low

temps seem fine...i believe it's the psu...i had a similar problem w/ my dad's athlon system....psu was the culprit......

try the usual...
reset cmos, update bios...the usual mobo troubleshoot.....i'm not sure what are the recommended rails for an AMD MP processor, but look 'em up...maybe the psu have rails more suited for a single cpu intel p4 system?
