My Swiss Army Watch isn't working properly.

Hey guys. What do I do with a misfunctioning swiss army watch? It is out of warranty and I'm not sure whether or not to get it fixed or what to do with it? What would you do?
 
Look closely. See? There's only one 's' in the 'Swiss" on yours.
 
Don't they all carry lifetime warantee deals? I've got a fairly entry level one that went out two years ago, shipped it off and it came back, free, with a new band to boot.
 
I've owned a swiss-army titanium for about 4 years now...let me just say BEST WATCH EVER. Comfortable, light, RELIABLE and strong. A million times better than my Esquire.
