This reminds me of an incident i had at CBS studio parking lot on a taping of the price is right. When I came out after the taping, i found my old 92 Honda parked where I put it. But one thing different was there was a giant arse truck parked on top of my front bumper. The lady had basically parked her entire front truck bumper on top of my honda. Some other people in the parking lot also saw this and was amazed at what had happen.
Problem is I backed my car out to see if there was any damage to the bumper. Fortunately there was no damage except for some scratches. I approached the lady that went to her car few mins later asking her if she realized she had parked her truck on top of my car, she basically denied and tried to say i got there after her, even tho I specifically remember no one parking in front of me when i arrived there at 6:30 AM. Her truck was basically 2 feet in front of the painted line.
She tried to say that I was lying and whatnot, well anyways I drove off pissed off at the nerve of some people. What I should have done is left my car where it was, took pictures right away with a digi cam and called the police right away. I wonder why people automatically get defensive when it comes to driving and getting into an accident, and say its not their fault and make excuses. People should just own up to their actions.
Hope that bastard pays for what he did to your car =(
