This jerk decided to be in the same lane that my car is already in at the same time.

The tire of his H2 ran up my rear bumper since it got so freaking high clearance.

Then he got out and got the balls to say things like

"that was there before." (Yea right buddy, my car just got painted 1 1/2 week ago)
"i'll fight you in court because you cut in front of me"
"you'll lose"

all that BS.

Even though he was the one with the STOP SIGN.

Goddamn I hate people driving those giant-ass cars that don't look where they're going. I was pushed into an oncoming traffic lane by my own friend in his huge-ass truck. I honked at him and he still didn't see me, so I literally swerved into a lane going the opposite direction, slowed down, and pulled up behind him (then quickly passed him to avoid any further trouble). Luckily it was 6:00AM so there was no traffic.

He is asserting his superiority over Klixxer, for having suggested that the valves of your engine went bad for whatever reason.

that sucks. own his ass in court :thumbsup: nobody likes H2's and you have a good case especially with your car just being painted.
 
you did get a police report and notify your insurance, right?

it depends on which lane the accident took place. but he hit you from behind and that doesn't look good for him.
ok, i just read that he had a stop sign.... the guy is a moron who can't take responsibility for his own actions.

you will need a new bumper, those bumpers do not like to get repaired, they will re-crack VERY easily after having been "repaired".
the trim piece might need to be replaced, probably will since it's not expensive.
and paint. the damage is not extensive enough to warrant a repaint of the car.

hmmm... i can't see it very well, but did it crack part of the metal under the tail light?
 
Well, my car got a big paint scrape and dent on the bumper in a parking lot last weekend. Wasnt in the car and I have no idea who did it. I was so pissed. It sucks major, I feel for you.
