My Super PC - ever heard of it?

I have been watching this site for a couple months now and was just wondering if anyone else has seen it and what they thought about it. Does anyone know personally who the guy is and is it legit?

I think it is because he has some really nice detailed information which sounds like this guy may be a professional. However, I haven't yet got the courage to e-mail him.
