err im not sure where to post this but....
hey guys and gals let me tell u my exprience w/ kit-tronics,
almost a month ago i bought mach2 from kit-tronics and i waited for about a week for it to arrive
when i got it ups has left it out side my house so anyone could have taken it easy (2 large boxes)
no biggie i went to plug in and it didnt work error code 5 or soemthign about the probe being messed up, contact nventiv..no response, Greer from kit-tronics offered to help and we tried everythign to get this bad boy to work, no go
anyways i requested a rma, and finally a week and 1/2 later nventiv gave me the go to ship it to denmark!!! F$@## that! greer again offer to help and said to ship it to them on their account, very generous since shipping, brokages fees, etc was about 140$ us, and i keep the ez mod cpu kit, alum kit, seal string etc. for a seperate shipment in few mroe days,
to make a long story short ups damged my pacakge in transit and then lost my 1st package when i sent it back to canada!! it went to kentucky or somethign and got it on track back to canada, and lost my 2nd package all together!!! im in middle of filling a claim w/ ups as we speak and they r horriable to work w/ but all along Greer did WAY MORE then he had to to help me solve this dilenma, and even offered me a discount on future purchases!!! and i can pass that savings on to my friends as well!! (not too many ppl from ct i know ocs so u guys can help take advantage of this )
so heres where the fun part comes in, my name is BIN TAN, im from CT, USA anyone think about buying a mach2 or anything else they sell (cpus,hd, cases, whatever and its all free shipping) if u mention my name u will get a discount from greer!!, i dont know how much right now but i will let u all know soon as i find out, (probably monday) they r great ppl to work with and very honest and caring as well, not to mention they HAVE THE BEST PRICE ON PROMETEIAS ALREADY!!! i have shopped from many places onine, more than 50 stores i would say easily, but
NEVER have i recieved as good treatment as i did from greer, and rest of staff at kit tronics!!! they r not as well known as some of the other places but rest assurred if u shop there once u will be back again a 2nd time!!!!!
