My stock E6750 bottlenecking me?

My system is in my sig. I was wondering if my stock E6750 was bottlenecking my 8800 GTS? I play in 1920*1200.

Also, I know my ram isn't that great, but I was wondering if you thought I could be able to push my CPU to ~3.0GHz from 2.66GHz.

Thanks.

I have mine running at 3.0GHz. I had it at 3.2, but wasn't 100% stable and wasn't that much of an improvement for the extra heat and instability, so I clocked it down to 3.0.
I've got 4GB of RAM and a 8600GTS and play everything at 1440x900 and it runs great!

Your graphics card is the major factor determining gaming performance in FPS games. A CPU overclock won't make much of a difference for you.

Especially at 19x12. You could always try overclocking your CPU if you want, but I doubt you'll see much difference.

Also, as you've pointed out, you're already running your RAM at its fastest spec. If you try to overclock your CPU you'll also have to overclock your RAM, which may or may not work.
