My stainless steel desk... stains?

So much for not using a coaster, I thought they called it stainless steel for a reason! :confused:

How do I get them out, oh wise ATOT?

Stainless steel is cold to the touch, isn't it? Turns off the woman when you bend her over it, it does... ;)

What are the stains from?
oil/grease = acetone
free iron rust = nitric acid

Stainless is nto actually stainless. It is just harder to stain.
