1 CDROM, 1 DVD/CD-RW Drive
2 HDD(80+120)= 200GB
Asus N6800GT
Creative Audigy 2 ZS Platinum Pro
2 FDD

How much wattage do I need?

Any quality PSU over 400W should be sufficient. If you plan on going SLI or OCing any, I would think 450-500W should be a safe number. Make sure you get a quality PSU (Look at Antec, OCZ, Fortron, Enermax, Seasonic, PCP&C).

Wattage doesn't matter much. Look on the PSU for the +12V rail, and make sure it's at least 14A. So long as you've got a decent +12V rail, the PSU itself can be as low as 300W.

Don't get the 3800+ venice(or even worst newcastle), get the 3700+ san diego, because it has 1MB cache over the 3800+'s 512kb, also cheaper.

I'd get the Antec Truepower2 430W instead of the Antec Smartpower2 400W, since the Truepower2 have better voltage regulation.

Plenty, especially if you are not OCing or planning on adding another video card. You may want to look for a PSU with better rails however (10 and 15 may not cut it...), let me look around...
