I think you can do better on the hard drive price, there seems to be good deals on them all the time.

I would go with Antec case/ps combo. Its better to get a good powersupply.

If you can get in black, get Lite-on DVD/CDRW combo. It will save a few bucks there.

You might want to spend a little more for your video card and get ATI 9600 PRO.

I would get some Corsair -->Corsair Twin XMS

better than $102 for a 120gb special edition??
the case is just too darn cool looking.. i might get a better psu later on.
i want the separate drives over the combined for cd copying and just having more than one cd in the system at a time hehe.
I think i'm spending too much as it is on the video card :/
and the ocz stuff seems to be a good deal at 65 a stick shipped.. but i was considering xms for a while..

do you need vivo? a ti4200 should be able to had for around $100, i just picked up wd1200jb & a lite-on 52x & an Aopen 52x cdrw all three for $80 shipped from OM...watch hot deals. There is a 2500, brand new, in the FS/FT forum for $80, though i dont know how you feel about buying from there.

newbiepcuser is right about antec...if not the case, psu...very stable/reliable. A ti4200 is nice, but you could barely get buy with future games, even new games coming out like star wars galaxies...though i dont know how big of a gamer you are.

Listen to CheapArse, people don't notice it. He has skillz like Rossman in finding deals. You can find those deals on HD, burners etc if you want to.

I just paid $115 for a Western Digital 200 gig 8meg cache Special Edition drive. You can get 120 gig drives for around $80.

If you're not looking at newegg, I think you should. You can get better deals there for about half your stuff.

The case you mentioned for one thing is cheaper there ($43 with free s/h).
I would probably go with different ram, possibly corsair xms or hyperx stuff, even one stick of 512megs if you must to save money.
Try an MSI Ti4200 vivo at $122 with alot of cool games and software.

EDIT: ProUser, where did you find that WD 2000JB drive for $115?? Does it have to do with one of those big rebate deals?

Check the Hot Deals Forum.. literally every other day there is a new super deal on a hard drive.
