2 x eVga 7800 GTX ACS3 (Got one already, will get the other soon)
2 x 1GB OCZ Platinum 2-3-2 (Got them)
2 x Raptor 74GB Raid 0 (Got them)

I am planning to OC but I will be limited by the motherboard.
Any suggestions or advice will be appreciated.

That looks great, but if I were you, I'd save some money and get the Opteron 170 instead of the 4800+. It should overclock the same as the 4800+, if not better.

or, save even more money and get the opty 165, overclocks the same too.
