My son got this egg you soak in water for 24-48 hours

No Lifer
We put it in water on Friday night and watched as the egg cracked and this little triceratops cracked out. Well, the thing reeks of chemicals. I told my son to wash his hands after handling it and not to put it in his mouth.

I'm wondering if I should just throw it away.

Just make sure you tell your kid it's candy so he eats it and after he gets his stomach pumped you tell him this is a lesson in trusting people and to use better judgment in the future.

Well, no wonder it smells. Have you ever smelled a 3 month old rotten egg? I can only imagine how bad it must smell after 65 million years. I'm amazed that it even hatched.

But if there's one thing I've learned from movies, it's step on that baby dinosaur NOW! Do it before it grows up and eats your kids.

I'm not worried, it's a herbivore.

It's not like they bred raptors or anything. 😀
