For the last week my sinuses have gone from seriously blocked to fully drained and everything in between. Its causing my ears to clog up.

All this leads to sinus headaches and sore ears. Its also causing me sleep issues too. 🙁

I was just wondering if anyone else is having these kinds of issues.

Is this a chronic sort of thing? Allergies?
I have Eustachian tube issues. No allergies that I am aware of.

My Woode is the best.

Resort to nasal spray (with menthol!) if you're having trouble sleeping. Just don't use it for very long.

I do, but mine are seasonal allergies. Two benadryls fixes me right up, but it does make me drowsy sometimes.
I have Eustachian tube issues also. I have to plug my nose and blow really hard into my ears to re-equalize the pressure.
Have you tried benadryl to confirm it's not allergies?

zyrtec at night for the itchy eyes and nose. If you are clogged up/draining, go to Walmart and pick up the Equate brand Daytime Sinus. They are yellowish orange liquigels. I battle with allergies every year and this is a winning combo.

I use Sudafed for my decongestant. I am one of those strange people with no allergies at all.

I have noticed a correlation between my sinus issues and humidity levels outside.

Try afrin nasal spray. But watch out you can get addicted to it, so make sure to use it no more than twice in 24 hours!

I start sneezing like a mofo when I get to work always. Later in the day it dies down (still rampant atm) 🙁

hachooey

the fricking seasonal allergy is starting for me .... i feel like blasting some hot plasma gas into my eyes...
i usually take a claritin in the morning and a zyrtec at night.... not working... i wonder when allegra will be available otc? or perhaps a better next gen pills.

Yes it is!

Wait, did I just post that? 😱

Yes, I had it for years. It turned out that my adenoidal pad was bleeding and infected. The infected blood worked its way into my sinuses and ears. I could hear it gurgling in there. I had severe eye, neck, ear, and headaches.

I finally went to the doctor and I feel *so* much better. Like a new life. I was on meds for a couple of months though.

Go get it checked out.

1) Drill them out.
2) Put a door in the front of your skull.
3) Store you iPod inside your head (leave holes for the earbud wires and a USB port)
4) Profit
