Hi Jarod Walton!
As I understand the situation, you are unsatisfied by the condition of your monitor after receiving it via shipment by UPS. There are large cracks around the center of the display, and only a portion of the screen shows the desirable image. Is this correct?
First, I would like to point out that our company contracts third party shippers such as the United Postal Service (UPS) to deliver our products, but I must stress that we are not responsible for the condition of items delivered by these third party shippers. Nonetheless, as a courtesy to our customers, we will try to resolve the issue directly if possible.
Second, it appears that the display problems you are experiencing may be the result of a "stuck pixl" problem. This does not mean that your display is defective; in fact, some stuck pixels are actually considered normal on these Luminous Crystal Display (LCD) screens due to the complexity of the manufactoring process.
While we do not warranty stuck pixels, some users have had luck with the following:
- Using a soft, lint-free cloth, gently message the area around the stuck pixel.
- Try downloading and running a stuck pixel remover program.
- Placing a finger on the stuck pixel, tap a 9-volt battery on your tongue to recharge the cell.
Third, in case the problem you are experiencing is not the result of stuck pixels, we would like you to try something else. It is possible that the cables are not properly connected for a display of this type. Please turn the computer and monitor off, then disconnect all cables from the display for a period of at least 15 minutes. Now, paying careful attention to the wiring diagrams in the user guide, reconnect the appropriate cables and turn on the computer and monitor. Does it work now? If not, repeat the process, but leave the display disconnected for at least 45 minutes. You may also need to reconfigure the monitor to your native language and reinstall drivers.
Fourth, my supervisor advises me that the problem you are experiencing may be the result of a computer virus or other malicious softwares. I would like you to try downloading an antivirus software package such as Norton or McAfee. If this does not fix the problem, a clean installation of the operating systems may be required. Unfortunately, the instructions for this procedure vary, so please consult your computer's manuals for information on reinstalling or restoring the operating systems.
Finally, I am confident that we can work together to resolve this issue. If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact me again:

P.S. One or more response surveys may appear in your mailbox during the next few weeks regarding the quality of our support services; I would appreciate if you would complete these documentations promptly.
P.P.S. Enclosed is a guide to fully exploiting your LCD monitor. Please pay careful attention to the cleaning section. Some of our customers have actually damaged their screens with abrasive cleaning materials or harmful chemicals. And please remember that these products are fragile; bumping or jarring the screens may damage them beyond repair.
