My server randomly restarts

I have a home server with about 2TB of storage in 8 HDs. It is a Socket 754 Semperon 2600+ with 1GB Ram, onboard video, an MSI RS480M motherboard and a gigabit network card. Nothing else is running on it. The PSU is an Antec 380W PSU.

Is this PSU insufficient to run that many hard drives? Or is it more likely the motherboard or something else. It's kind of annoying when my server just tanks for no reason.
