My Screen goes blank!

I have question for all you tech gurus out there. I recently upgreade my system.

My system spec is 2.4c @ 3.06 stock v core
Abit IS7-E
1gig geil 3200 utral ram @ 2.8v
Ti 4200 128 vcard
80gig hdd 7200 rpm
120 gig hdd 7200 rpm
cdrw, DVD and 3 fans on the system (panaflow).
400 w psu. it has 15a v12 rail.

Problem I am having is sudden blank screen. When I surf the internet, for some reason my srceen goes blank for couple sec, and comes back on.
I never had this kind of problem before, but now I am getting this quite often. This happnes after I changed couple of componets on my system.

Things I changed:
Originla NB HSF to zalman passive NB HS.
Changed original Ti4200's HSF to Vantec All Copper.
Okay case to Lian Li PC-60B Case.
Added vantec System exhaust blower

Before I chaged soem componentes, I everything ran fine. BTW my older case had 92mm directly blowing air to the CPU.

Also room temp is somewhat high due to california summer HOT wheater.

Any suggestions or idea why this is keep happening?

I am gonna suggest heat....have you checked your temps? Pull a side cover off and run a box fan or similar on it and see if you still have problems.

One more thing. Sometimes my explore shuts down by itself. Blank screen is also similar. I am not sure. From CPU temp, it is okay. Never goes over 60c on load. right now room temp is 27c and cpu is 48. Most of time, my cpu temp is about 20c above room temp. Since you mentioned heat, could it be my new passive North Bridge HS? Before I replaces it, it had a fan...

argh another thing again. HOw bout PSU? can PSU cause this kind of problem?
