The US title was "My Sassy Girl" and apparently someone's remaking the film. odd.

I loved that movie too, I've seen it...twice? I want to catch more [Korean] films like that...I watch Chinese and Japanese movies far more than Korean ones these days, other than Old Boy and Taegukgi.
