My Samsung T5 1TB portable hard drive now reads 31gb. Why?

Hey guys, Domo here. I really need some help here. My Portable ssd is messed up so would love to have some imput on how to fix it. In the video I showed the problem. any help would be much greatful.

The missing data should be (mostly) recoverable via use of a file recovery program, such as "Recuva" or "Zero Assumption Recovery". The inability to see the full disk may be due to lack of a drive letter assignment. Right-click "This PC" and select Manage/Disk Management, and see whether a drive letter needs to be assigned.

start -> computer management -> then under storage on the left side click disk management -> look for your D: drive.

See if your partitions got screwed up by something. What your looking for is what happened to the missing space.
Im guessing you have a black unallocated partition.
