My Samsung is making a high pitched noise when the set is off sometimes...

It's like that sound you hear when there is ringing in your ears. If I turn it on it goes away. It doesn't do this all the time and begins after the set has been off for a while.

Any idea what this is?
 
It's the type of power supply that Samsung chose to use. If it's still under warranty, which I'm sure it is get the P/S swapped. It's a HL-S5987W, right?
