I said sure, later I found out he wanted to check a disk for viruses on mine. He didn't want to infect his own! I'll get him back, any ideas? Maybe delete all of his system files in c:\windows?

run his internet connection through you. so you can take it down at will. do it every 5 minutes or so
or hahah...let 1 packet through every 5 seconds and slow his connection down to 56k.

i have the hub right by me. so when my roomate pisses me off i plug and unplug his cat5 cable while he's chatting online. he won't notice it, but on the other persons screen he keeps on signing on and off...annoys the crap out of his friends when the whole window is filled with him signing on and off. he wonders why no one would talk to him...lol.

Get IconDesk it is a freebee put it on his machine, toggle it to hide all icons then drag the taskbar to the top and hide it, pretty scarey. Nothing on the screen except the wallpaper.

take it a step further, take a SS of decktop, hide the icons ( you can with active desktop ) and the task bar. use the ss has a wallpaper. When he clicks on ICons, nothing will work

Oldie but goodie: Take a screenshot of his desktop, make it his wallpaper, then hide his icons. They will still be on the screen, but alas, they will only be part of the wallpaper. Hehe.

We do these sort of things at work all the time. My personal favorite though is to take a known bad IDE cable (not one that will corrupt data, just one that won't let the drive recognize, hook it up, and let the fun begin... :)

Reset all his icons to the path C:\windows\rundll.exe user.exe, exitwindows
He will go nuts trying to figure out why it keeps shutting down.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm......... well you have two options:

1. Use his computer while he's out and surf all the nasty porn sites so that he starts getting porn spams.

or if he already visits the porn site:

2. Install Net Nanny or some other filtering program to stop the porn :)

Cheers,
Aquaman
