We'd usually just set some nasty anal pr0n on the d00d's desktop, and set some obnoxiously loud pr0n video to play upon boot... change his homepage to some pr0n website and hope that his parents come by to drop him off 😀

If you have a wireless keyboard and mouse, plug the reciever into his comp and hid it well. Funny as hell if he is trying to play a game or on AIM. Just make sure not to do anything if he unplugs the network cable, so that he thinks it's something from the internet. You shouldn't have to install any software for it to work. Also, make sure your roommate is a cool guy before doing this.
