Are you going to review all the items in the name of content?

materials quality

amount of engineering that went into the product

machining quality

overall design quality

generic pros

generic cons

value for dollar

maybe estimate the costs of raw materials and manufacturing.

They normally don't offer anything actually cheaper.

My mom is a super penny pincher(living under the constraints of vintage Commie China will do that) and she never buys from a dollar store.

The man is insane...no joke. Im waiting on those munchies though. It's only day one though.

We rented out a room at one point to an 18 year old kid. He thought he was a genius because he was buying all his food at the dollar store. I told him it was a bad idea but he was sure he was young and invincible. Took about 3 weeks for him to get horribly ill and throw the rest of it away.

Dental abscesses?

Dollar store has some pretty good stuff. You have to be selective, but you can get good quality stuff at a good price. Got some latex coated gloves from them over the weekend. 90¢ cheaper than harborfreight, and $3 cheaper than Atlas.

They're just knit fabric gloves dipped in latex. Sold as cheap work gloves. They're kinda the upgraded version of the 7-11 staple jersey gloves. I actually don't like wearing them much, but they really improve grip rope climbing.

I buy Crest 3D white toothpaste there. $1 for 2.5 oz tube. $3 at Target for 3.5 oz. Frequently they have eggs $1 for a dozen. I keep reading glasses all over the house and, at $1 a pair, I don't care if I lose some or break them. They have lots of brand name items if you happen to be in the market for that particular thing.

I didn't know there were solar powered gnomes.

I usually buy a drink there. Maybe some hand soap or toilet cleaner.
Not necessarily the lowest prices though. Don't deceive yourself.
