Wow. Sometimes I forget places like that exist in the U.S.

Do you guys think they'll be tried as adults? Zero chance those weapons are registered, plus breaking and entering, and theft over a 20 dollar value is a felony IIRC.

I dont believe its a felony until grand larceny.

The $20 thing is for filing small claims. Anything lower cant be filed at all.

Edit:

Grand larceny is typically defined as larceny of a significant amount of property. In the U.S., it is often defined as an amount valued at $200 or more. In New York, Grand Larceny refers to amounts of $1000 or more. Grand larceny is often classified as a felony with the concomitant possibility of a harsher sentence. According to the general statutes some states such as North Carolina have no formal Charge of Grand Larceny. There is however Felonious Larceny which is defined the same as Grand Larceny.

I doubt they'll be tried as adults, unless maybe they are connected to a ton of robberies. There have been several in the area, so hopefully they are responsible for all of them.

How stupid do you have to be to post pictures of yourself carrying illegal weapons on the internet? I wish dateline NBC setup a new show called, "To Catch A Thug" where they entrap these kids online by telling them to meet them at a new and improved gang facility 😀 😀

I know you folks are smart enough and tempted to go find these guys in MySpace. Please, please, please, DON'T! Leave it until bignateyk posts more on the arrest. The total ownage will come with the police arrest. Stay away and they will have no idea what is coming their way. It is safer for the police and a better chance of catching them with the goods. A better chance of recovery the stolen stuff too.

So PLEASE, leave the 133t skills off for the moment and do not track them down in MySpace.

Ive been toying with the idea of creating a myspace profile of a really hot black chick, befriending them, and after talking to them for a while, invite them over for a gangbang. When they all show up, just have the cops there waiting 🙂

If I didnt think that they were going to be arrested regardless, id probably do it.

I agree.. Remember what happened with that cellphone incident a few months back. These types of posts on the internet can really explode, the last thing we want to do is tip them off and give them the chance to discard their weapons/stolen goods

I only see 1 shotgun/rifle and several pistols. i see no automatic weapons there at all.

There are some pics with what appears to be an automatic pistol or TMP or something along those lines. Like I said, these are only a few of the pics...

i hate bottom feeders like that. they are building their resume to help them be sent to PMITA prison. it'll happen or else they'll be dead first.
