My roomate just toasted one of my pans.

I went in the kitchen and noticed one of my pans on the stove. The heat was on high and the inside was black and had some kind of white stuff in it. :| He offered to buy me a new one. He'll probably try to pawn off a cheap $10 one on me, but I won't let him. It is from a ~$150-$200 set.

Edit: Does anyone know an online store where I can order individual Wolfgang Puck pieces?

Uhhgh, no fun, I've done that myself (usually left on after done cooking) but not to anything very expensive.

You can try online
here and see if they have the pan that was burnt up.

One of my friends actually melted one of my pots last year. Granted it was a cheap one, but still. How can you melt a pot? i mean were you not watching it? He was a moron anyway.
 
I did that to one of my frying pans. I turned the stove on high, then the phone rang. Somehow I got too involved in the conversation. I get back and the pan is warped in the center and there were black flakes all over.
