Hiya Folks,
First, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for all the great advice over the past two weeks or so. Below is final (or close to it) setup. Of course, comments and/or suggestions are always welcome. If there are any specific benchmarks that should be ran for better comparison please let me know.

Mobile XP 2500+, NF7-S V2 (plastic arm), 1GB Mushkin PC3500 Dual Level 2, Sapphire 9800Pro, Danger Den RBX w/Maze4 GPU and Hydor L30 kit. Maxtor 20gb and 40gb IDE w/LiteON 24x10x40x (need to upgrade this to serial ata and raid- there is always something right?), Klipsch ProMedia 4.1, ViewSonic 19" PF790, Logitech MX Duo

Mods and cooling:
L12 Socket: 133 - 166, 166-200
PSU 3.3v: Potentionmeter to incrase 3.3 rail +.38 for extra stability
Heatsinks on all mosfets
Cooling on main mosfets
NB passive copper HS
SB mini-hsf
Heatsinks and fans on 9800pro mem
Various intake/outtake/radiator fans.

Yep, it fluctuates a bit tho. The NF7-S tends to undervolt a schmig. I'll letcha all know if it blows up or not. ;)

CPU's only come with a certain amount of magic smoke... when you let that magic smoke out it doesn't work anymore ;)
