I just had an OCZ psu burn out on me. I have 2 antecs currently and 1 on the way, both antecs have lasted for a Long time. Id check for a Antec PSU :)
Just my Opinion. While my OCZ worked it ran great.

I'm not a great fan of OCZ but since you're obviously going for a killer OC then the tighter regulation (i think they spec 1% or so like PCP&C) might be worth the money. It's rather unremarkable otherwise, you're not worried about noise are you (it's not all that loud but definitly not quiet).

i actually DO want to kep this thing as quiet as possible and i don't want to MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR oC i want to get it to at LEAST 2.5 but still keep itfairly quiet ya know.

i was just recomeneded OCZ any other good oens.. i g2 fit the power supply on top and then i'm putting the radiator on top with a radgrillz giving it air through the top (cutting a hole... it'llt ake up some 5.25's)

Oh i see, if you want low noise then i wouldn't go for OCZ here's three of my favourites off the top of my head.

Enermax liberty 500W (400W would do it, but the price difference isn't all that much so what the heck?)
Antec Neo HE (400-500W, don't know which models they do.)
Seasonic s12 (500W, quietest of these but i'm not sure exactly how your PC will look so there is a small chance the cables might be too short)
