My Richard Burns Rally best time! *VIDEO INSIDE* UPDATE: *WORKING HOST*

yeah i still prefere the Colin Mcrea 2005 for the graphics alone....richard burns is a nice lookin game but codemasters have done a much better job graphics and car damage physics wise....richard burns is a much much more realistic game to drive tho, im sure richard burns rally is more true to how a WRC car will handle

plus your link aint workin

Yeah I like CMR04 graphics the best. I think 2005 looks worse than 04, but then again, I've only played the demo.
CMR doesn't come close handling wise compared to RBR.
Yeah the damn webhost sucks 🙁
PM me if you want to see it, and I'll send you a link from my ftp.

DL'ing now.

I've been thinking picking this one up. I love the NFS series and enjoy Colin McRae, but don't know if this one is worth it.

Graphically Rallisport Challenge two years since its release still destroys all other rally games (thought I haven't seen Xpand Rally yet). The Colin McRae games are good but they are like the Madden series now..each year is an incremental upgrade. For the most part Colin McRae 5 looks like 4...which looked like 3. Still good though.

I really like Richard Burns Rally. I totally suck at it but when I somehow get past a big track it feels very satisfying..like you really earned the win. I'll keep pluggin away at it so I can get better.

I agree, Rallisport Challenge still looks the most breathtaking.
Although it's way too arcadish.
I just owned my time on that video. I got 4:13 on that track now.
Just got 8:27 on Noiker in Japan.

Sure its arcadish which is great really. Some days I'm in the mood for a more relaxed, arcade style of rally racing which Rallisport provides. Then when I'm in the mood for some sim style gaming I play Richard Burns or Rally Masters (very underrated game).

I used to kick ass at rallisport challenge. Now that I've gotten used to the sim handling of RBR, I get my ass kicked in rallisport challenge.
