Should I try another cluster size with the Raid? Like 16kb? Fat32?

Yes, FAT32 is faster, but the RAID should compensate. Weird.

Yes 2002... I also tried using 16kb clusters and Fat32. About the same scores. I wish I knew why the board wont take both of my Mushkin 512 DDR 2100 Ram. Maybe a bios upgrade will help with that. There are also Bios upgrades to the Highpoint at thier websit. Abit needs to get on the ball.

interestinlgy my snadra 2001 cpu scores were much higher vs sandra 2002...also snadra 2002(shareware version) has no memory bench except bandwidth

There is thread after thread regarding the poor RAID performance w/Maxtor drives over at Amdmb.com. I'm trying to sort through it all and make some sense of it myself. My scores seem low also. I'm using two Maxtor D740X's on a KR7A-RAID. If anyone has info on this please post.
