my remote desktop connection is slow now!

I have no idea why I havnt changed anything.. im using juts a 100mbps LAN and both computers are on the same Router. Its just extremely slow now like you see every square being loaded and its basically impossible to work with.

Anyone have any ideas?

hrm try simply rebooting the computer and routers you are using?

I have and still the same. Its running at the speed that it would normally run when it would run on wireless... but my wireless adapaters are disabled and am positive is running of the wired connection
