How does that duct work for you? Do you notice a cooling difference? What do the temps rise up to if you block the duct?

The duct dropped my temps by 6C.

Before the duct I was using loud case fans and temps under load were: 42C cpu/ 26C mb. The temps were fine, but I wanted my system to be quiet. I couldn't use quiet fans because my temps would rise too much and cause instability.

With the duct and quiet fans temps are: 36C cpu/25C mb. The duct allowed me to use quiet fans. In fact it worked better than expected and my temps dropped too.

Good deal. I have a clear window on the side of mine and just found a place that sells acrylic tubing. I will be doing this very thing! Glad I saw your post.

looks exactly like my ti4600 did. The problem is that you need to clear 2 or 3 pci slots for room + air intake. It would be damn cool if there was a a cheap way to use the heatsink + heatpipe that would allow you to mount the fan perpendicular to the card.

cool beans on the quiet stuff though... I'm all about that.

I've got another one I don't need if you want it. $1.99 + shipping.
