110 is nothing unless that's your resting heartrate.

I've gotten mine up to 170bpm while cycling and typically ride in the 145-155bpm range for hours at a time.

My resting heart rate is anywhere from 70 BPM to 120 BPM. It can get up to 120 BPM if I've been drinking.

Resting heartrate should be taken after you've been inactive for a few minutes. Alcohol will increase your heartrate so I wouldn't take it after you've had a drink.

My resting heartrate is about 60bpm. My wife's is in the low 40s. Mine can increase by 15-20bpm just by getting up and moving around.

It is normal for your HR to increase during a hot shower. 110 is not dangerous in and of itself though. If you are concerned you should really talk to your doctor about it. I'd check for high blood pressure if you are overweight and/or drink a lot.

Used to have high blood pressure! :) Lost 30 pounds. No more HBP. Pulse has stayed the same though ... although I've been sitting here at my desk now for a few minutes and its 86. I just took it. But thats after I ate. Before I ate it was still 100+

What exactly is she doing to make it so hot? Probably enough to raise your pulse.

IS that with her in the shower with you, and you looking the other way, Or when you're alone imagening seeing her front?

Mine's regularily at 190 when working out... I know when I cycle my heart rate can get up to the 200's after going up some nice hills.

But yes, having your pulse go up with the heat is not uncommon.

My resting heartrate is 67bpm...

Your heart rate shouldn't be higher than 80bpm while at rest and not under the influence of substances. If it's typically over 80bpm resting (not in the shower), you might want to exercise a bit and it should go down.
