SpeedFan reads 12,54V on my +12v rail. Its nexustek 400W "silent" PSU and I think it has dual +12v rails.
What is high voltage for the +12v rail if that isnt?
 
as long as it doesnt fluctuate more than 5% you should be ok. thats only about 4.5% but, you really cant tell from a software monitor. if you start noticing any instability, thats probably your problem.

My comp used to crash daily about a week ago. Hasn't done that even once this week.
Why SpeedFan gives just one +12v result?

Oh.. that might be true.

It reads 12,52V now.
And +3,3V is 3,17V!!! How come!

If I look my volts from bios. It shows +12V @ 11,97 or 12,03 always.
