I've searched everything on google and ran a few searches on this site as well and found no help.

I've been using my ps3 controller on my PC for the past week with the driver and have had no problems. The last two hours it hasn't worked. I tried reinstalling, rebooting, unplugging and re-plugging it back in, messing with the PS button, and nothing. Control Panel reads it in game controllers but I can't configure it or play games with it at all.

Just what the hell happened? It still works on my ps3...

How to Use your SIXAXIS/Dualshock 3 with your PC wirelessly.

I had some troubles at first using these programs, drivers, etc.

If you have Windows Vista, you may want to proceed with caution as one of the exe installation files reportedly created some major troubles.

So far, BtSix has been working very nicely for me. It was installing the FreeBT drivers that took me awhile to figure out for my bluetooth usb device.

good luck

I should have noted 2 things.

1) I'm using the controller plugged into my USB

2) I'm running Windows XP with SP2

Try other usb ports? Try uninstalling the usb drivers? I never got my ps3 controller to work via usb, but you can try using that PPJoy software
