How did people make votes to me and what good and whats bad.

They voted because you enabled the rating in your profile. A "1" is bad, a "10" is good - so your 1.71 is fairly bad right now. But I gave you a 10.

As Russ would say, "click on the little tab marked 'help' and all will be revealed."
