My printer just "bluescreened"

Out of nowhere a box popped up on computer screen that said something like "cannot connect to server" Options are "Retry" and "Switch-to".. Cancel is greyed out.

"Switch-to" just made the box re-pop. Retry did nothing. Then I heard my printer make a grinding noise and its screen went blue with an error message.

My internet has been flaky lately and this is the second time ive seen that error box pop up.

I don't have that worm do I? Seriously wtf. 😕
Antivir hasn't complained about anything.

EDIT: I wasn't doing anything. Was playing dungeons and dragons online when it minimized to show me that message.

I have a few printers that had bad print jobs. They started printing hundreds of pages of random ascii characters. I've had to unplug them and put them away. If I plug them back in, they start printing random crap again.

Lol, it actually looked almost identical. I hit the power button imediatly to shut it down in hopes that it wouldn't cause any damage. So I didn't get a good look.

My computer and printer (which is connect via router) went flaky at the same time. And just 10 minutes prior my internet went dead for a minute.
