I have Sprint, and have for a year. I'm pretty happy with everything except for the phone I had I've had to replace like 6 times. The last time I went in, the rep said wow, and decided to switch it for a different model. Gave me a brand spankin new Sanyo 7400 (link). This phone is so friggin awesome. It does streaming TV, even has a channel for Adult Swim! Plus it can to AAC ringers (which are basically as good is if not better than MP3 ringers). Go Sprint! Their customer service has come a LOOOOOOOOONG way from where it was 4 years ago.

hard to beleive any company would give away a top of the line phone to a random customer. there must be more to the story.

even with a no lemons policy, i wouldn't expect a top of the line phone

$379 retail, $279 at costco. The phone i had was the Sanyo VM4500/5500. It was a top of the line phone, but it kept breaking. Each time it was notated on my account. They couldn't replace my phone with something that wasn't at least equivalent and expect me to be happy because I paid for every feature on the phone. I've also never had a phone that's been so fast and responsive in its interface.

Nah, Sprint was heaven compared to Cingular. God those idiots suck. One day late on payment with no prior late payments on the account and boom $63 reconnect fee for both phones on the account! Either way i like the phone but I really want a PocketPC phone.

Don't tell me you've been brainwashed by Verizon. Don't get me wrong, Verizon is a good service (I had some major issues with them) but that doesn't mean nothing else is. Personally, Sprint has worked better for me than any other service I've used. It's had a reputation for bad CS, but that's starting to go away as their service has come a long way. Now with their merger with Nextel, things will be even better.

I will never touch another cellular phone unless it says Nokia on it. My 3589i is the best thing I've ever used and experienced. I laugh at so many people with flip phones who have poor reception. I find myself lending my phone to people to make a quick call when we're out and about, at the lakes, hunting, etc. Their phones, even with Verizon/Sprint service, don't get any signal while mine does...love it to death!

Nokia + Verizon = TEH G00Dz

My $0.02

Just to name a few. Jamesbond007, I've used that nokia. They have the equivalent 3588i for sprint too, same thing except it runs j2me instead of brew. Reception on those is suposed to be great, although Sanyo has an impeccable reputation for reception with Sprint. Plus, I just like the build quality and UI on the Sanyos.

great phone. I own one as well. Sprint has been awesome for me and gets really good reception in my area. Started with a Samsung A620/VGA1000, then had a Toshiba VM4050 for half a year, and picked up the 7400 last week. People seem to be pretty mixed on it's design. With the different faceplates, it's really flashly looking. And the side rubber grips make it looks more "masculine", not really a phone a girl would be carrying around.

And yes, AAC ringtones = great.

Haha...funny you should say that. My gf went and got one at costco because I got one (after returning the phone she had). She loves the red faceplate.

well the phone is pretty big, as far as cellphones go i'd relate this to buying a big car or something. Which faceplate do you use? I had the red one on, thought it looked nice, until a friend asked me if I was gay. And then now that your girlfriend loves it, i'm starting to question my own sexuality. Maybe i'll goto the sprint store and purchase the black one. Then i'll be male again

Yeah it's $279 at Costco and then there's a $150 mail-in rebate. Also, since I'm a Costco employee I get 20% off Sprint service.

I like the red one too, it looks awesome, but I use the silver only to differentiate between mine and hers. I wanna either get the dark blue or black faceplates, those look awesome.
